Refund & Payment Plan Policy

1. No Refund Policy
• All payments are final. Clients cannot request a refund once payment has been processed.
• Payment plans are a commitment to the full program cost, not a month-to-month subscription.
• Clients must complete all scheduled payments unless otherwise stated in this policy.
2. Payment Plans & Cancellations
• Payment plans are offered as a convenience to split the total cost into installments.
• If a client wishes to cancel before completing all payments, they must submit a request via angelah@angelahjefferey.com.
• Past payments will not be refunded.
• If cancellation is approved, we will stop future payments, but previous installments remain non-refundable.
3. Failure to Make Payments
• If a scheduled payment fails, clients will receive a grace period of 5 days to update payment information.
• If payments remain unpaid, access to the program may be suspended or revoked.
4. Exceptions (At Our Sole Discretion)
We reserve the right to approve cancellations or adjust payment plans in rare cases, including:
✔ If we determine that a client is not a fit for the program due to undisclosed health concerns.
✔ If a client experiences severe financial hardship (requires proof).
✔ If a client experiences serious medical or personal emergencies that prevent them from continuing.
